3.6 Deleting a user

WCC recommends disabling a user rather than deleting a user. Should a user be deleted, references to this user in any auditing system may be impacted as well. However, for users that have been disabled for an extended period, deletion is an option.

1. In the Users screen, type the user name or the first or last name of the user you need to delete and then click the search icon.

2. In the list of matching user names, click the three dots next to the name of the user you wish to delete.

3. A confirmation window will appear, asking you if you really want to delete the user in question.

4. Click the Delete button if you are sure that you want to delete this user permanently.
